For help with your account, quests, or missing progress, email privacy@xplorer-app.com. Include the quest name and app version. Never send your password.

Report content or a safety concern

Open the quest and choose “Report this quest”. You can also block its creator; manage blocked creators in Settings → Account & privacy. Contact support for urgent content concerns. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Pending progress

Keep the app installed and reconnect to the internet. Pending uploads retry automatically. You can request another attempt in Settings → Account & privacy → Retry pending uploads.

Privacy and account deletion

Delete your account in Settings → Account & privacy or use the account deletion page. For privacy requests, email privacy@xplorer-app.com.
